Limitations and commercial use of TAAPI.IO data
Subscribers of all our plans (including the free plan) are only permitted to use TAAPI.IO data for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the data without limitation in your trading systems and strategies. However, you may not resell or offer TAAPI.IO data to your own customers or any other 3rd party. You you may not include TAAPI.IO data in any free or commercial application, including displaying the data publicly, for example to users of your website or mobile app.
Users cannot provide TAAPI.IO data via their own API to others users or offer ways for mass downloads, such as a excel tables or CSV.
Users who are interested in using TAAPI.IO data commercially, within their app or website for clients and other commercial purposes, must contact us to obtain an Enterprise licence. When granted, the Enterprise licence permits using TAAPI.IO data commercially in websites and apps.
Free Trials
Your TAAPI.IO subscription may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period will be specified during the sign-up process and is meant to allow new subscribers and certain former subscribers to try the API.
Free trial eligibility is determined by TAAPI.IO at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold if we determine that you are not eligible.
We will charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the membership price and end date of your free trial period, log into TAAPI.IO website with your username and password that you obtained during registration and click the “Subscription” link on your “Account” page.
Cancellation of the subscription plans
Any customer can cancel the subscription at any point by logging into their My Account section and following the instructions on how to cancel subscription. If you don’t cancel your plan before the next monthly billing period starts, you will be are charged for the next monthly period until cancelled. If you forget to cancel your subscription and get charged for the next month by accident and don’t want to continue your subscription, please contact us via support and we will arrange a refund.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time. However, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following our notice to you.

The commissions are paid out through PayPal only.
The commissions are paid once a month on the last day of the month. If the minimal threshold of €10 is not reached and/or the affiliate partner does not have a PayPal account, TAAPI.IO will not pay out the commission in that month.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
TAAPI.IO reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of affiliate rules mentioned in the Affiliate section of your account of this Agreement or no reason.
TAAPI.IO will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
Disputes
By signing up as a user on TAAPI.IO, you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The Parties (you and TAAPI.IO) consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Prague / Czech Republic.
Donations
Any donations made to this website / service are 100% non-refundable.
